    Working as part of the Off Trade sales team for Bibendum, this role is pivotal to servicing our sales team, supplier and customers needs. We provide service and support to our customers and our business by working collaboratively with Operations, Finance, buying and other key stakeholders, both internal and external.

    Working as part of the Off Trade sales team for Bibendum, this role is pivotal to servicing our sales team, supplier and customers needs. We provide service and support to our customers and our business by working collaboratively with Operations, Finance, buying and other key stakeholders, both internal and external.

    What you'll do

    You'll maintain our Product entry and exit process, along with coordinating our new product pitches. 

    You'll be responsible for customer presentations on suppliers, ranges etc ‐ updating information whilst also supporting in customer trip presentations. For this we ask that you are confident with Microsoft Office applications (especially with excel) and are used to working to deadlines.

    We're looking for someone who has great attention to detail, has experience in customer service, has strong communication skills, organised and is great at problem solving and showing initiative. Having an interest in wine also helps!

    A WSET level 2 qualification is preferred, but not essential, however a background in wine or have some wine experience along with working with off-trade customer base, we would love to hear from you.
