You'll be responsible for capturing both inbound and outbound customer orders whilst providing excellent service on a consistent basis, maximising sales opportunities and processing queries both efficiently and effectively.

  • Job Advert Description
    • Inbound and outbound customer order capture via telephone
    • Accurately and efficiently complete all system based transactions required to support effective order capture
    • Increase customer loyalty and sales through effective use of sales tools and by adding value to each customer experience
    • Sell in MC’s monthly Promotions and take active part in outbound Sales campaigns where required
    • Consistent achievement of all KPI targets and demonstration of positive, role model behaviour
    • To proactively seek to improve personal performance and product knowledge through training programmes, coaching sessions and other development opportunities
    • Adherence to departmental and Standing Operating Procedures to ensure smooth running of all types of accounts.
    • Apply logical approach to internal and external customer issues to bring about appropriate resolutions
    • Present a positive image of the company and its employees and departments
    • Develop good working relationships with all internal interfaces
    • Work to deadlines in line with business requirements
    • Ability to communicate effectively
    • Carry out any other reasonable duties within the Contact Centre as requested by management
