    What you’ll do

    Joining the friendly crew in our Bristol Contact Centre, you’ll be a trusted voice on the end of the phone for customers across the country. Bars, hotel chains, pubs, clubs – you’ll ensure they get what they need. It means making a mix of in and outbound calls, and boosting sales wherever you can via monthly promotions and customer loyalty. All contact and orders need to be recorded on our systems, so you must be computer literate.

    In this role, success is about providing a great experience for every customer, every time. If you can answer queries and provide an excellent service, we’ll give you good rewards, superb opportunities and a varied, hands-on role.

    About you

    Are you the kind of person who has an eye – and an ear – for detail? Do you listen closely and ensure that customers always get what they want? If so, there could be a place for you in our talented team. We’ll expect you to offer first-class service and bring a positive, can-do attitude. Proven customer skills would be good – and contact centre experience would be even better. But what’s really important is a natural gift for building rapports and influencing every caller.
